Empowerment coaching for Self-Belief helps build your esteem and confidence so you can overcome the challenges that life might deliver and create the life that you want. The greatest benefit I’ve had has been from working on self acceptance. I think this is Katalin’s speciality. A lot of troubles at work and at home, came from not really being comfortable with myself. For instance, I wanted to be better at my job, but working with Katalin helped me differentiate between when I was having trouble doing something genuinely hard (unreasonable expectations), and just wanting to be better at what I can do as a kind of growth.
